MirrorSpace User Agreement

Effective Date: April 26, 2026

1. Acceptance and Modification

1.1 By downloading, installing, or using MirrorSpace (the "Software"), you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Agreement. This Agreement is established between you and the independent developer (the "Operator").

1.2 We may revise this Agreement due to legal or functional updates. The revised version becomes effective upon publication. Continued use signifies acceptance.

2. Nature of Service

2.1 Definition: The Software is a multi-account and sandbox file management tool. It provides isolated environments to manage multiple social media or app accounts and their files on a single device.

2.2 Technical Neutrality: We provide technical tools only. We do not participate in third-party platform development, modify their data, or assume responsibility for your actions on those platforms.

2.3 Compliance: You must comply with the terms of third-party platforms (e.g., WeChat, Instagram) while using the Software.

3. Account and File Management

3.1 Ownership: Third-party accounts belong to the respective platforms and the user.

3.2 Data Safety: The Software includes a file manager for sandbox data. As a local tool, we do not store your third-party passwords or private files.

3.3 Responsibility: You are responsible for your device's security. We are not liable for data loss caused by device loss, credential leaks, or manual uninstallation.

4. User Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Acts: You shall not use the Software for spamming, fraud, spreading false information, hacking, or reverse engineering.

4.2 Liability: You assume all risks regarding account bans or legal issues arising from multi-instance usage. You shall indemnify the Operator for any losses incurred.

5. Privacy

5.1 We prioritize your privacy. We only collect data necessary for multi-account and file management. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Protection of Minors

6.1 Requirements: Intended for adults. Minors must use it under guardian supervision with prior consent.

6.2 Guardian Duties: Guardians shall prevent minors from using multi-account features to bypass anti-addiction systems of third-party platforms.

6.3 Restrictions: Consequences arising from unauthorized use by minors (e.g., evading parental control) shall be borne by the guardians.

7. Disclaimer (Important)

7.1 "As-Is": We do not guarantee that multi-account features will always bypass detection or remain uninterrupted due to system and third-party policy uncertainties.

7.2 Risk Warning: Third-party platforms may restrict or ban multi-account usage. We are not liable for account restrictions or data loss due to policy changes. 7.3 Force Majeure: We are exempt from liability for losses caused by maintenance, network failure, or government actions.

8. Intellectual Property and Jurisdiction

8.1 All IP rights belong to the Operator. Commercial use without permission is prohibited.

8.2 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be settled in the court of the Operator's jurisdiction.
