Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 26, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms Welcome to MirrorSpace ("the Software"). This Privacy Policy is a legal agreement between you and the independent operator of the Software ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your downloading, installation, and use of the Software. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. If you do not agree to any terms of this policy, please do not install, run, or use the Software.

2. Service Content and Technical Nature The Software is a technical tool providing multi-account management, environment isolation, and sandbox file management. We utilize virtualization and sandbox technologies to create independent session environments locally on your device.

  1. Technical Neutrality: We provide technical environments only. We do not participate in third-party platform development, modify their data logic, or assume responsibility for your actions on those platforms.
  2. Local Nature: Core functions and file management run locally on your device.
  3. Risk Assumption (Important): You acknowledge that third-party platforms may detect and restrict "cloning" or "non-official environment" logins. You assume all risks regarding account bans, restricted features, or data loss; we assume no legal liability.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership, code, UI design, LOGO, and all related IP rights belong to us. Unauthorized reverse engineering, decompilation, attempting to extract source code, or resale is strictly prohibited.

4. Disclaimer

  1. The Software is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee full compatibility with all devices or uninterrupted service without being blocked by third parties.
  2. We are not liable for tool failure caused by force majeure, system maintenance, network fluctuations, or changes in third-party policies.

5. Information Collection and Usage Beyond local storage required for core functions, we collect information via integrated third-party SDKs:

  1. Device Identifiers: Device model, OS version, IDFA (requires user consent on iOS), Google Advertising ID (GAID), Android ID, and IP address.
  2. Usage Data: Page statistics, feature click logs, crash reports, and installation/start times.
  3. Purpose: To optimize user experience, track active users, and display relevant advertisements via advertising partners.

6. Third-Party Services and SDK Disclosure (Compliance Focus) To provide advertising and analytics, we integrate the following types of SDKs:

  1. Advertising Services (e.g., AdMob, Pangle)
  2. Data Collected: Identifiers (IDFA/GAID), coarse location, and ad interaction data.
  3. Purpose: To display personalized or non-personalized ads and monitor ad performance.
  4. Data Analytics (e.g., Firebase, AppsFlyer)
  5. Data Collected: App start times, feature clicks, crash reports, and IDFV/Android ID.
  6. Purpose: To analyze user behavior, improve features, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  7. Note: These providers process data according to their own privacy policies; we recommend reviewing their official terms.

7. Permissions and Declarations

  1. Tracking (iOS IDFA): On iOS 14.5+, we request "Tracking" permission. You may opt-out; while this won't affect functionality, ad relevance will decrease.
  2. Network Access: Used to load ads, upload anonymous statistics, and verify subscription status.
  3. App List (Android QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES): Used only to identify installed apps so you can select targets for cloning.
  4. File Access: Required for the sandbox file manager to read, store, or export files designated by you within the isolated environment.

8. Your Privacy Choices

  1. Opt-out of Tracking: Reset or disable identifiers in iOS "Settings-Privacy-Tracking" or Android "Settings-Google-Ads."
  2. Data Deletion: Uninstalling the App deletes all local data. For anonymous data on third-party platforms, contact us for processing.

9. Data Security and Storage We do not upload highly sensitive data such as third-party passwords to our servers. Encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) are used during the transmission of advertising and statistical data.

10. Protection of Minors

  1. Requirements: Not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
  2. Guardian Duties: If unauthorized use is found, contact us via email for data deletion. Guardians should prevent minors from bypassing anti-addiction systems via multi-accounts.

11. Legal Compliance (GDPR & CCPA) For users in the EU (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have the right to access and delete your identifier data. Since we do not store identity data (e.g., name, phone), uninstallation serves as a thorough deletion of your data.
